IGNITECH is a digital and social media marketing agency for companies that sell into more than one market. We take on the four things that decide whether a business gets found online and then chosen: search visibility, social media and paid campaigns, AI automation of the work that should not need a person, and the measurement layer that shows which of it earned money. Most clients arrive with the same brief in different words. Be found by the people already looking for us, and be able to see the difference in revenue rather than in impressions.
Our clients are international: companies in Europe, North America, the Gulf and West Africa, some selling to consumers and some selling to other businesses, several of them operating in languages their own head office does not speak. This site runs in nine languages for the same reason those companies hire us. A market you sell into should be able to read you in its own language, and translation on its own does not get you there. So multilingual SEO, cross-border advertising compliance and campaigns running in several jurisdictions at once are ordinary work here rather than exceptions handled on request.
What we do
We work across four disciplines. Most engagements draw on more than one, because the problems rarely stay in their own lane: a site that will not rank usually has a technical fault and a content fault at the same time, and a campaign that will not convert is often being sent to the wrong page rather than the wrong audience.
Search engine optimisation
Technical SEO, content architecture, internal linking and the unglamorous work of making a site legible to a crawler. That includes site speed, structured data, canonical and hreflang handling, and fixing the crawl traps that quietly waste a site's budget. It also includes multilingual SEO, which becomes its own discipline the moment a business sells into more than one market and cannot simply translate its way to a ranking.
Social media marketing
Strategy, content production and paid campaigns on the platforms where your buyers actually spend time, rather than the ones that happen to be fashionable this quarter. We plan the calendar, produce the assets, run the spend and report on what it returned. Where a client already has an internal team, we work as the strategy and paid layer rather than duplicating what they do well.
AI automation
Practical automation of the repetitive parts of marketing and operations: content pipelines, reporting, lead routing, first-line support triage, data cleanup. We build these to be handed over and run by your own team. An automation that only we understand is a dependency, not an asset, so the handover and its documentation are part of the work rather than an optional extra.
Digital marketing and measurement
Paid search, landing page and conversion work, analytics and the server-side measurement layer that tells you which of the above is earning its keep. This is the part most often skipped, and it is the part that decides whether the rest can be improved deliberately or only guessed at.
How we work
Three commitments shape every engagement. They are worth stating plainly, because they are also the things we decline to do differently.
- A written scope before any work starts. Deliverables, timelines and the measure of success, agreed in writing. That document is what the monthly reporting is compared against, so there is always a fixed reference for whether the engagement is doing what it was hired to do, rather than a shifting recollection of a conversation.
- Reporting on revenue, not vanity metrics. Impressions, reach and follower counts are inputs. They tell you the machine is running; they do not tell you it is producing anything. We report on what reached the business, and we say so when a channel is not working.
- Compliance treated as a working requirement. Platform terms and advertising law differ by market. A campaign that is perfectly acceptable in one country can be refused in another, and an account suspension costs far more than the campaign ever earned. We track those rules so results are durable instead of a short spike that ends in a ban.
Working across markets
Running campaigns in several countries at once is not the same job as running one campaign in several languages, and treating it as one is where most cross-border marketing quietly fails. Consent rules differ. Platform availability differs. What counts as a permissible claim about a product differs, and so does the competitive picture: a keyword that is cheap and uncontested in one market is a bidding war in the next. We plan for that at the start rather than discovering it at launch.
The same applies to search. A page that ranks in one country will not rank in another simply because it has been translated, and hreflang implemented from a template usually makes things worse rather than better. Getting this right is slower than the alternative and it is the difference between a site that earns in every market it serves and one that earns in its home market and leaks everywhere else.
Who you will work with
Engagements are run by a named specialist who knows your account rather than by whoever is free. You can reach them through our Customer Support Center, and everything to do with your project lives in the Clients and Managers Portal: updates, progress reports, documents and feedback in one place, so decisions are not lost in an email thread six weeks later.
Behind the agency
IGNITECH was founded in 2018 by Bilal ZIANE, who still works on client accounts rather than only on the business. If you would rather open the conversation directly than through a form, that is welcome: zianebilal.com, contact@zianebilal.com, or on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.
We are always glad to hear from people building something serious, and we are genuinely open to partnering with good teams rather than only selling to them. Sometimes a conversation turns into an engagement, sometimes into a partnership, and sometimes into an exchange that goes nowhere commercially and was worth having anyway.
Talk to us
If you want to know whether we are a fit, the fastest route is to tell us what you are trying to achieve rather than which service you think you need, and to say where you are currently stuck. Use the contact page and you will get a considered reply from a person, not a sequence of automated follow-ups. If we are not the right people for the work, we would rather tell you that than take it on.
